The Untouchables Motorcycle Club Texas Chapter, is a federally recognized non-profit organization under section 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code and all donations are tax-deductible. The chapter’s tax identification number is maintained and available upon request through the Texas Chapter Executive Board.
